Extended-stay housing broker Switchplace had virtually all the makings of a successful enterprise: the right infrastructure, the right team, and the right level of service. All it was missing was the right branding to set it apart in the market.

To make Switchplace synonymous with modern corporate living and high-end service, we invited companies and their mission-critical employees to “stay on top.” For companies, it meant staying on top of recruitment, retention and the relocation budget. For end users, it meant staying on top of their work and their personal lives, all with the conveniences and comforts of home. We started with a simple, smart logo that both communicates the literal housing transition as well as the ultimate goal of total customer satisfaction. From there, We created a neat and tidy web presence, elegant branded stationery and swag, and a beautiful, robust ad campaign.

Switchplace wanted their new brand to feel high-end and sophisticated, yet friendly and approachable. We introduced a whole new identity suite featuring a logo that forms a pathway from one home to another, as well as a smile. In essence, when you Stay on Top, you’re staying happy.

Successful companies care about talent recruitment and retention, reputation, and of course, budget. So when planning long stays for their key teams, every detail matters, from style and service to safety and security. Focusing on this strength, the campaign’s measurables went through the roof: 1.23+ million social impressions up 3000% YOY and ~2600 new site visitors/mo up from <100/mo. It all led to a very welcoming bottom line: 337+ qualified leads up from single digits (~$7.4M), $855K+ in closed business, and $1M+ in active pipeline.
